College or pro rookie jerseys sent to us without two cards and an 8x10 will be sent back to the customer and the customer will get a full refund. OBSCURE PLAYERS – We can accessorize nearly 99% of pro jerseys that are sent to us. However, we have had some rare instances when the player is not known and impossible to accessorize. Should this be the case, we reserve the right to call the customer so that the customer can send us the accessory items. Should the customer not find accessory items, the jersey will be sent back and the customer will receive a full refund. SHIPPING TIME – The jersey will ship 3-4 weeks from the time we receive the jersey not from the time you ship it. While we value all questions please do not ask shipping status until you know we are over the allotted time stated above. Please understand, our goal is to have your frame sent to you faster then we estimate. However, there are circumstances that may increase shipping time. FRAME CREATION – This auction is for the following frame, 2-cards, 8x10 and nameplate. Similar to the multiple pictures you see in the auction listing. Any variation of this style must be agreed to by us. Additionally, once we agree to customize your frame, there will be a $50 customization fee.
