If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please expect up to 3-4 weeks (if UPS or Fedex) or 60 days (if USPS) to get an approval from the shipping company for the damage or loss claim. Once the approval has been given to us, we will ship the replacement product. We are sorry, we cannot ship replacement product until we receive this approval. Also, you must be available for the shipping company to visit, phone, and/or email you about the damage and you must keep all shipping materials.
